1. How much caffeine does Spark contain?
2. Can I take Spark before my workouts?
Yes. Keep in mind that Magic was specifically designed for this purpose. However, if you prefer to take Spark before your workouts instead, you certainly can.
3. I’m trying to lose some weight around my waist and tone up. Can I get good results with Spark by itself? Or do I need to take Fabfast too?
You can get great results by taking Spark alone. For even more dramatic results, we recommend taking Spark 5 consecutive days a week and performing intermittent fasting (IF) the other 2 days with Fabfast. IF provides weight-loss as well as cleansing and detox benefits.
4. If I want to take Spark and Magic together, how should I go about it?
Spark and Magic were designed to allow you to use them together, just like all Califina products when looking to maximize your results.In general, we recommend that you take one serving (2 capsules) of Spark, twice daily, five days a week (e.g. Monday-Friday, and allow 4-6 hours between servings.
When using Spark and Magic together, start as follows. On workout days, take one serving of Magic before the start of your workout. Four to 6 hours later, take one serving (2 capsules) of Spark.
After a few days of this, depending on your caffeine tolerance, you can add a second serving (2 capsules) of Spark to your daily routine. As above, allow 4-6 hours between servings.
Don’t consume caffeine close to bedtime, especially if you are sensitive to it. Magic contains 150 mg of natural caffeine per serving and Spark contains 80 mg of natural caffeine per serving.
5. Is there any particular type of diet I should follow when using Spark?
In general, we recommend eating a clean diet most of the time, with occasional (e.g. once a week) indulgences such as a nice dinner out, pizza, or the like. We also recommend practicing IF regularly.
By “eating clean,” we mean avoiding processed and fast foods and anything that is high in sugar or fat.
