Yes. While Magic was designed to be taken on an empty stomach --you’ll feel it working faster this way-- if you prefer to have a bit of food, that’s fine.
3. Can I take Magic every day?
You can. It is designed to be taken before workouts or the start of a busy day.
4. This has natural caffeine in it. Will it keep me up at night?
Any source of caffeine can disrupt your sleep. It depends on your sensitivity, among other factors. (For instance, some people can drink coffee right before bed without any problem. Others can’t even have decaffeinated tea or coffee after noon without it disrupting their sleep.)
Magic contains coffee cherry with a standardized level of caffeine. It is ideal for anyone who is concerned about the potential undesirable effects of synthetic caffeine.
In general, you should avoid taking caffeine from any sources within a few hours of bedtime to avoid sleep disruption. Though, as stated above, everyone differs in their sensitivity.
