Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can if you act fast! We typically ship orders within 24 hours. Once they ship, we can’t change your address, so please contact us right away if you want to change yours.

2. Can I use a gift card to pay for a subscription?

Sorry, our system cannot use gift cards for a recurring payment.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Be sure to join our mailing list so you can find out when international shipping becomes available. We hope to carry our mission around the world soon 😀

4. Do I need to sign my package once it arrives?

No, you do not.

5. Can I track my order if I check out as a guest?

Absolutely. You’ll receive tracking info by email. If you create an account, you’ll also be able to manage orders and edit your address and payment info.

6. I received the wrong item(s) or my order is missing an item. What do I do?

First, don’t panic 😅 Contact us right away and we’ll make things right. We promise. Have your order number and the email address you used at checkout ready.

7. Where should I store my supplements?

Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. In the case of our bottled products, secure the lid tightly after each use.

8. Why isn’t my coupon/discount code working?

You may be using an expired code (bummer) or have entered it incorrectly (oops). If you continue to have difficulties, please contact us so we can look into it for you.

9. How can I change my payment method?

First, log in to your account. Next, click on Add Payment Method, where you can change it.

10. How long does it take for an item to get back in stock?

Please contact our customer experience team to find out when the particular product(s) you’re interested in will be back in stock. We promise to make it happen as quickly as possible. It’s worth the wait :)
