Tip 1. There are a number of ways you can perform Intermittent Fasting (IF). How to use Fabfast

1. What is intermittent fasting and why would I want to do it?

As the term suggests, intermittent fasting, or IF, refers to taking a periodic break from eating. One of the most popular methods involves eating normally 5 days per week followed by 2 days of fasting. On fasting days, there may be no food intake, or calories may be reduced to a low level -say, anywhere from 250 to 500 Calories.

If food is consumed on fasting days, a common approach is to eat a small meal in the morning and then fast until dinner. Using Fabfast as your pre-fast meal removes all of the calorie counting and guesswork and enhances the weight-loss, cleansing and detox benefits of IF.

Many people perform IF to help them manage their weight and support their health and longevity. After several weeks of IF, you may notice that you have more energy, a better mood and can think more clearly. Don’t be surprised if you start looking forward to your IF days!

2. Can I drink during my fast?

Yes! Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Teas are also fine. Just make sure anything you drink during the fasting period is calorie-free.

3. Why do you recommend performing intermittent fasting two consecutive days a week, as opposed to non-consecutive days, for the best results?

Simply stated, the reason we recommend performing IF two consecutive days a week is that it takes time for your body to make the changes that are necessary to experience the full benefits of fasting. If you only fast for a day, you interrupt this process.

For the very best slimming results, we recommend using our anti-bloat fat burner, Spark, five consecutive days per week. Then perform IF with Fabfast on the remaining two days. Spark helps relieve water retention and mobilize, or loosen up, body fat.

4. I recently started using Fabfast as a meal replacement when I’m not doing IF. Is that okay?

5. I’m going to have Fabfast in the morning and then fast until dinner, as recommended. But how much should I eat for dinner? What about after dinner?

For the best results, we recommend having a Fabfast shake in the morning and then fasting at least 8 hours until dinner. As a general rule of thumb, shoot for a dinner that provides no more than 400 Calories. After dinner, we generally recommend that you don’t eat anything until the morning. This will help you achieve the very best results.

On the days that you don’t practice IF, we recommend eating dinner no later than 7 PM. This simple practice will make it significantly easier for you to maintain your weight. Many people find that eating their last meal earlier in the day also helps them sleep soundly and wake up feeling recovered.

6. If I practice IF two days a week, can I eat whatever I want the other days?

As much as we’d like to be able to tell you “Yes!”, the reality is that practicing IF does not give you the freedom to overindulge on non-fasting days. In general, you should eat sensibly most of the time and periodically eat very little or nothing for an extended period of time (e.g. 2 consecutive days). In a nutshell, that’s the basis of IF.

7. Should I be working out on days I practice IF?

Yes, we recommend that you work out on intermittent-fasting (IF) days. This will help you mobilize and burn off more body fat, enhance the cleansing effects and provide countless other benefits.
